Cookies and IP address

When you visit our website our server will record your IP address together with the date, time and duration of your visit and we set a “session” cookie. An IP address is an assigned number, similar to a telephone number, which allows your computer to communicate over the Internet. It enables us to identify which organizations have visited this website. The cookie similarly tracks your usage of the site. A cookie is a small file that can be placed on your computer’s hard disk or on a website server. It does not retrieve information about you stored on your hard drive and will not corrupt or damage your computer or computer files. We also track usage by clients of Flow, our dashboard system, including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data and other communication data, and the resources you access.  We use this information to ensure security and to optimize the system.

ConRad and some of our IT providers are located outside the EEA.  Whenever we transfer data outside the EEA, we use the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or by another method approved under relevant law.

How long we keep your data
